Our Founder, Aadithya Arjun, is a passionate educator with over 15 years of experience in shaping young minds through innovation and compassion. Her journey in education is driven by a deep commitment to creating joyful and meaningful learning experiences that serve society and build a brighter future.
She holds a Diploma in Storytelling from the Storytelling Center, Tennessee, USA, and is known for her creative integration of storytelling in education. Aadithya’s expertise spans innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum development, skill-building, and event management.
She has been awarded Best Women Entrepreneur by JCI Neyveli and JCI Pondicherry in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Also awarded as Best Educationist from Lakshyam Foundation, Chennai.

Our vision is to empower educators by transforming their role from traditional teaching to inspired facilitation, while celebrating the richness of Indian culture through storytelling. We envision creating student-centered classrooms through innovative training programs that blend engaging teaching methods and effective classroom management. Our goal is to reach 1,00,000 students and 10,000+ teachers within the next two years, fostering meaningful and joyful learning experiences across schools.
